1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and jili13 (the "Platform," "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for a jili13 account, accessing the jili13 website at jili13.cam, or using any jili13 services including but not limited to slots, live casino, bingo, fishing games, sports betting, and sabong, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not create an account, deposit funds, or use any jili13 services. Continued use of the platform after changes to this Agreement have been posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

2.3 Jurisdiction: jili13 services are intended for users located in the Philippines. If online gambling is illegal in your jurisdiction, you are prohibited from using jili13. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jili13 complies with all local, provincial, and national laws applicable to you.

2.4 Verification: jili13 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. You must provide valid, government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine driver's license, passport, or national ID) upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Ownership: You may hold only one (1) jili13 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings and bonuses. One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.

3.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information will result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jili13 password. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity.

3.4 Unauthorized Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jili13 support immediately. jili13 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Deposit Methods: jili13 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), and other payment methods as indicated on the platform. All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

4.2 Minimum Amounts: The minimum deposit is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal is ₱500. These thresholds may be adjusted at jili13's discretion, and you will be notified of any changes via the platform or email.

4.3 Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited to your jili13 account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any illegal activity. jili13 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposit and to suspend or terminate accounts involved in money laundering or other financial crimes.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jili13 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction.

4.5 Transaction Fees: jili13 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, Maya, or your bank) may impose its own transaction fees, over which jili13 has no control.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance: In accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, jili13 monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Accounts flagged for potential money laundering will be immediately frozen pending investigation, and jili13 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms: All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are published on the jili13 promotions page and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically between 10x and 40x the bonus amount) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute less or not at all. 5.3 Bonus Abuse: jili13 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus terms, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus rules, or any other activity deemed by jili13 to constitute abuse. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all balances forfeited.

5.4 Right to Modify or Cancel: jili13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a promotion cancellation, any pending bonus funds associated with that promotion may be removed from player accounts.

6. Game Rules, Fair Play, and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Game Integrity: All games offered on jili13 are provided by licensed, certified game providers whose software has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for each game where applicable. jili13 does not control or manipulate game outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of bots, automated software, or any third-party tools to play games or place bets
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with jili13 software
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or identity theft
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jili13 staff
• Using jili13 services while located outside the Philippines without proper authorization

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, hardware failure, communications error, or any other technical error that affects game outcomes, all affected bets and game rounds are void. jili13 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors beyond our control. Affected players will be refunded their original stake amounts.

6.4 Irregular Play: jili13 reserves the right to review gameplay for irregular betting patterns. This includes but is not limited to: unusually large bets, patterns consistent with arbitrage betting, or betting strategies that suggest collusion or insider knowledge. Accounts flagged for irregular play may be suspended pending investigation.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.2 Involuntary Suspension or Termination: jili13 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform.

8.3 Forfeiture of Funds: In cases of account termination due to Terms violations, fraud, or abuse, jili13 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in your account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses. This forfeiture provision applies to all prohibited activities outlined in Section 6.2 of this Agreement.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the jili13 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game designs, and user interface elements, is the property of jili13 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use jili13 services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content from the jili13 platform without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability: jili13 strives to provide continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. jili13 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our control.

10.2 Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jili13's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of jili13 services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Disclaimer of Warranties: jili13 services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jili13 does not warrant that the platform will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

10.4 Third-Party Links: The jili13 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as payment providers). jili13 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to those sites' terms and conditions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of jili13 services, you agree to first contact jili13 customer support and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. jili13 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

11.3 Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines, in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.4 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jili13.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jili13 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili13 will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of jili13 services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using jili13 services and may request account closure with a full refund of any remaining balance.
